TaskPanda connects you with trusted local service partners in Berlin. Simply post your task for free, receive offers from qualified service partners, compare their ratings and prices, and book the one that suits you best!
Is it free to post a task?
Yes! Posting tasks on TaskPanda is completely free. You only pay for the service when you accept an offer and complete the task.
What areas does TaskPanda serve?
Currently, TaskPanda operates in Berlin, Germany. We're focused on building a strong community here before expanding to other cities.
For Customers
How do I post a task?
Download the TaskPanda app, create an account, and tap "Create Task". Describe what you need, add photos if helpful, set your budget, and choose your preferred date and time. Service partners will start sending you offers within minutes!
How are service partners verified?
All TaskPanda service partners are verified through our screening process. They're also rated by the community based on completed tasks, so you can see reviews from other customers before booking.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a service, please contact us at support@taskpanda.de within 24 hours of completion, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
How do payments work?
Payment details are agreed upon when you accept an offer. Most service partners accept cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods. Payment is made directly to the service partner after task completion.

How do I become a service partner?
Click "Join as Partner" on our website or in the app. Fill out the application form with your details, skills, and experience. Once approved, you can start receiving task requests!
How much can I earn?
Earnings vary based on your skills, availability, and the tasks you complete. Many partners earn between €15-50 per hour, depending on the service type and complexity.
What types of tasks can I offer?
We have three main categories: Beauty & Wellness (haircuts, massage, nails), Domestic Help (cleaning, cooking, pet care), and Home Services (furniture assembly, repairs, tech setup). Choose the categories that match your skills!
Is there a fee to join?
Joining TaskPanda as a service partner is free! We only take a small commission (15%) from completed tasks to maintain the platform.
Safety & Trust
How does TaskPanda ensure safety?
All service partners undergo verification, and our rating system ensures accountability. We recommend always communicating through the app and meeting in safe, appropriate locations.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel bookings through the app. Please review our cancellation policy in the Terms & Conditions. We recommend giving at least 24 hours notice when possible.
